Return Period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item, in accordance with European legislation.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, in their original packaging. Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact the sender with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refund

Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 14 days via the payment method used during the order.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
